From time to time, GravityStack develops software tools — WordPress plugins and similar products — that we make available to active clients. These tools are built specifically for the way we work and are not available to the general public.

Licence

When you use a GravityStack software product, we grant you a non-transferable licence to use it on the site(s) we specify. The licence is personal to you as a GravityStack client and cannot be resold, transferred, or shared with third parties.

Pricing

Most software products include a one-time setup fee and an annual renewal. Your proposal or service agreement will specify the fees for each product.

Annual renewal

Your annual renewal covers updates, compatibility maintenance, and licence management. If a renewal lapses, the software remains installed — but it exits our update and maintenance queue. We cannot guarantee the software will continue to function as intended, particularly as third-party services, APIs, or WordPress itself change over time. Security vulnerabilities that emerge after a lapse will not be patched under a lapsed licence.

Third-party dependencies

Some GravityStack software connects to third-party platforms and APIs. We maintain compatibility as a best effort, but we are not responsible for disruptions caused by changes those platforms make on their end.

Discontinuation

GravityStack reserves the right to discontinue any software product. If we discontinue a product you are actively using, we will give you reasonable advance notice. We are not obligated to maintain or support discontinued software beyond that notice period.

When our relationship ends

Your software licence is tied to your active GravityStack client relationship. If we stop working together, your licence is not renewed going forward. Installed software remains on your site but exits all support, updates, and licence management. We recommend discussing transition arrangements as part of any offboarding conversation.
