Advertising Campaigns
This includes campaigns like Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Paid Social Media Ads.
AdLift Pages System
As part of our GravityAds service, we provide high-converting AdLift Pages hosted on our proprietary platform. These pages are exclusive to your campaigns while we’re working together.
Ownership and licence: AdLift Pages remain the property of GravityStack and are licensed to you for use as part of the managed GravityAds service while your subscription is active. If your GravityAds subscription ends, the licence ends and the AdLift Pages may be disabled or removed from service unless we’ve agreed to a separate licensing arrangement.
If you’d like to continue using the pages after your subscription ends, we can discuss a separate licensing agreement.
Ad Spend and Platform Policies
Our GravityAds fees do not include ad spend. Ad spend is paid directly by you to the advertising platform(s) unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Advertising platforms may change policies, disapprove ads, restrict delivery, or suspend accounts without notice. We are not responsible for third-party platform decisions, outages, or policy enforcement actions.
Advertising Accounts and Access
Unless we agree otherwise in writing, you remain the owner of your advertising accounts (for example, Google Ads or Meta Ads). We manage campaigns using access you grant to us, and you are responsible for maintaining an active billing method with the advertising platform.
When services end, we will remove our access on request, and we’ll provide a reasonable handoff of active campaigns and key settings. Any work beyond a basic handoff (for example, rebuilding campaigns in a different account structure, exporting extensive documentation, or training a new provider) may be billed as additional work.
GravityPulse requirement
GravityPulse is required for GravityAds so we can track lead flow, measure performance, and optimise responsibly. If you already have GravityPulse through another active GravityStack service, you’re covered.
Exclusivity
GravityAds plans are non-exclusive by default. Exclusivity is available only to GOPros, and applies to hands-on Lead Flow Optimization work. Full details (including boundaries and what exclusivity does and does not cover) are outlined on our Exclusivity page.
Flexibility
All services are on a month-to-month basis, with an initial 3-month commitment. After that, either of us can end the service anytime with 30 days’ notice. We want to earn your trust every month.
Legacy
Legacy Google Ad services (not on the GravityAds service) have existing and separate terms for their campaign, that remain in effect.
